I suggest you have an "About Us" section that could be the first post you published, explaining what you and the blog are all about. At least have a link in the top of the sidebar to the first post!. Also why not make it more personal & believable with testimonials or case studies of people who've made money that way? <br />I've been told to use more pictures on my blog and I think yours could have a bit more color.
